  1. At stop sign at end of exit ramp make a left (Concklin Avenue) to Route 45.
  2. Make a left on Route 45 (South).
  3. Take the 3rd left - Medical Park Drive.
  4. Follow signs to Palisades Laser Eye Center.

• Palisades Parkway South - to Exit 12 (Route 45)

  1. Turn right on Route 45 (South) to 2nd left - Medical Park Drive.
  2. Look for Building #3 on the right.
  3. Follow signs to Palisades Laser Eye Center.
